The (Sleep Recovery) course gave me a better understanding of building my sleep drive and understanding what factors can effect sleep. I feel confident about overcoming my insomnia with the tips given in the course. Tracy is very helpful in answering questions and putting thoughts into perspective.

I had insomnia for many years, and thought my life was spinning out of control. I was worried. Everyone was worried.
CBTi stopped the spinning. It taught me what I needed to stop the anxiety. It helped me get sleepy again, and to sleep soundly. It built my sleeping confidence enough to get off sleeping pills. It helped me get back to the 7-8 hours of solid sleep that I still get years later. As a healthcare professional I saw a lot of sleep problems - and seeing so much pain day in and day out in others made me act, train, and teach others what I had learned and applied myself.
